Lily Pins Ltd. offers a fully managed hairdressing service to Residential/Nursing Homes and Rehabilitation Centres throughout the South East, including Essex, Hertfordshire and North London.
We are passionate about our service and pride ourselves on our patience and professionalism. Our Person Centred Service accommodates our clients’ individual needs, offering an enjoyable experience within our salons. We understand the importance to clients of preserving their individuality and personal pride in appearance and we provide an environment in which individual care and understanding is paramount.
We treat our clients with respect and consideration, regardless of their physical or mental abilities and appreciate the need for patience and understanding of their particular needs. Wherever possible, we actively encourage direct communication with our clients, their families and representatives, both during the initial service introduction and throughout the time the client is with us.
To enable us to provide a first class service to our clients, each Establishment’s salon is staffed by a dedicated and enthusiastic team of City and Guilds trained stylists and junior stylists. This not only ensures that clients are given choice, but also that we offer a safe and secure environment. Our staff share over 30 years of experience dealing with people living with both emotional and physical disabilities and hold industry recognised qualifications in Dementia Care, Manual Handling and Health & Safety.

We act in accordance with Health & Safety best practice guidelines and comply with legislation for all aspects of our service, from staff training through to operating procedures. In addition, all activities of the Company and its staff abide by the requirements of the Care Standards Act 2000.
All staff have regular Enhanced Criminal Record Bureau and POVA Assessments, Manual Handling and Health & Safety training and are covered by the appropriate level of Public Liability Insurance
We understand the pressures on the care professions and work with the individual Establishment and its staff to offer a tailor made service to meet their needs. Our clients are charged per service, with no additional cost to the Establishment and we are able to offer a variety of invoicing systems, to accommodate any financial arrangement.
