 Jenny and her team have been coming to our home for over a year, they go out of their way to get to know the residents and what they want. We are a Dementia home so the training that Jenny's team have in dealing with this client group is very important to us.
They fit in with our daily routine and have very quickly become part of the home, giving our residents special time and a bit of pampering.

Lily Pins has provided us with weekly hairdressing services since January 2010. I have been very impressed with the attitude and the organization of the business by the Managing Director - Jenny Twigg. Her staff are well trained not only in their hairdressing skills but are competent in the care of elderly patients, especially those with dementia. The staff have a very good relationship with the patients and the comments by families about the quality of the hairdressing is constant.

Thank you for all you do. Your team is amazing. My mum was such a glamorous woman, always had her hair and nails done.
My mum, when she was able to talk was so happy to get her hair done. I have heard them talk to Mum with such gentleness & understanding. Please do whatever you can to make Mum's hair look nice. I know this is difficult in the bed.
